2023

On the 20th anniversary of TAYU Plastic Machine, TAYU Plastic Machine won the first place in the list of the top five enterprises in vertical injection molding industry in China in 2023. TAYU Plastic Machine always takes "creating competitiveness for customers" as its mission.Developed a large-scale all-electric vertical injection molding machine and a zero-gravity energy-saving vertical injection molding machine successfully, having filled the gap in the industry.

2022

TAYU held the "TAYU Factory Open Day and the First Vertical Injection Molding Seminar in China", leading to build an industry exchange and cooperation platform and promoting the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industrial chains.

2021

The third production base of TAYU, Zhejiang Dayu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was completed and put into production in Anji, Huzhou. TAYU made huge investments to build an independent machining center for accessories, and introduced world-famous brand machining centers, machine tools and other equipment, such as Niigata in Japan and Kraft in Germany.

2020

TAYU became the main drafting unit of industry group standards. TAYU became the main drafting unit and implementation commitment unit of group standards for vertical injection molding machines in China.

2016

The new factory of Hangzhou Company was completed and put into production, and with "new starting point, new journey", TAYU turned a new page!

2015

Introduced the technology from Demag and Europe, and comprehensively optimized the machine structure design. The whole series products reached European standards, and were closer to the customers’ demand for high-performance equipment, with the equipment exported to Europe and the United States in batches.

2012

2011

Developed a vertical injection molding machine with large tonnage TU series linkage mold clamping ultra-low workbench, which made the operation of a large-scale vertical injection molding machine enter a convenient era. TAYU electric vertical injection molding machine was developed and officially put on the market, filling the gap in the field of high-speed precision instruments.

2010

Introduced the special control computer of Austrian SIGMATEK injection molding machine, set up a software development team, realized the globally advanced flexible control technology of vertical injection molding machines, developed the bus control technology in cooperation with Austrian SIGMATEK, and created the field of precision motion control.

2009

Developed the first generation TYU vertical injection molding machine with low workbench, which has become the mainstream of large-scale vertical injection molding machine after nearly 10 years of modification and upgrade. In the same year, it was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a small and medium-sized technology-based enterprise in Zhejiang Province, and moreover, it was certified to the ISO 1S09001 Quality Management System, obtaining 16 software copyrights.

2008

Passed the EU CE safety certification, and the products began to be sold abroad.

2006

Developed the first vertical injection molding machine with servo oil pump, and in the same year, introduced German BOSCH precision closed-loop control technology to replace imported precision injection molding.

2004

In order to better serve customers in South China, it established Dongguan Tayu Machinery Co., Ltd., the second core manufacturing base; in the same year, launched the first vertical double colored plastic injection machine of TAYU.

2003

On August 6, 2003, with more than one year's careful preparation, Yang Maorong, founder of the company, founded Hangzhou Tayu Machinery Co., Ltd. together with several young people, which manufactured the first computer-controlled vertical injection molding machine in China.
